Returns and Refunds Policy

How to request a return
All our returns are totally free. If you wish to return an order, all you have to do is message us at support@perfectpractice.golf providing us your order information and the address that your mat is located.

When we receive your message, we'll provide you the details of a partner post office next to you so you can take your order and it will be returned to us. Your refund will be issued as soon as the product is back for us.

Please do NOT request a return for damaged/defective items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once we have the product back, we are going to refund your money in the same payment method that you used on your purchase. Please note that customer’s banks usually take 5~10 business days to give the money back after the refund is made on our end.

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Defective Product
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. We will send you a free replacement right after analyzing the video or picture showing the damage/defect. The defective unit can be discarded or donated.
